Are there any other fees to get started
Yes, for the Crumbs plan, there is a $500 deposit to get started. There is no fee to get started with the Loaf plan.
Is there a contract that locks me in?
Nope, Breadcrumbs allows you to pay month-to-month; however, if you choose not to continue with our services, you must give us two months notice.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel the plan before 12 months, you forfeit your website. If you cancel after 12 months, we will assist you in migrating your website to a new hosting provider.
Can I accept credit / debit cards on my website?
Yes, we can integrate both plans with many of the most popular payment processors, including: PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, and more.
Is there a chance my new website will NOT be ready in 30 days?
Our process depends on collaboration and approval from our customers. If there is a delay in the process, the turnaround time will be delayed. But, on the other hand, some websites will take less than 30 days to be baked to perfection.
What if I wanted to change content on my website?
In addition to originally designing and developing your website, we’re also available for all of your website changes. Just email or text Hansel and your changes will be live in less than 48 hours (unless it’s urgent, off-course).
